Thread: Natty Software Center multiple errors when installing ~ unlike others

yesterday evening ubuntu software center began display following errors when attempt install anything.

failed download package files check internet connection.

my internet works fine puzzled error; but, when x'ing out of error

requires installation of untrusted packages action require installation of packages not authenticated sources.

when x out of error, repeats second time. upon x'ing again, errors cease , installation stops.
however, able install terminal fine.

initial instinct run "sudo apt-get upgrade" , date. when running "sudo apt-get update" , receive following errors in terminal after fetching packages

the similar case mine find error had regarding public keys; however, mine unknown error.

when running gpgv in terminal, receive error

gpgv: symbol lookup error: /usr/local/lib/libreadline.so.6: undefined symbol: pc

when attempting open libreadline.so.6 receive error

could not display "/usr/local/lib/libreadline.so.6". there no application installed shared library files.

at point, unsure if issue related error ubuntu software center.

read others had issue because clock set future time and/or date; however, not having issue.

noticed in sources list describes notes restricted; however, hesitant edit log due inexperience , unfamiliarity area of operating system. new linux began month ago research purposes.

not major inconvenience, can still download programs terminal; but, quite annoying , certainty bug has been causing havoc. appreciated!
