JInstaller: :Install: File already exists - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi
i've been trying install ecoplanet template on joomla 2.5 keep getting message

jinstaller: :install: file exists

i looked in files on ftp server , there no file there name.

i have been looking around @ other posts , need edit templatedetails.xml have no idea should do.

i work non profit organisation , trying fix site them , have chosen template. don't want disappoint them.

can please help?
