How do you charge a client, after a workflow has been completed?


i have unique question involving webforms, workflows , ecommerce.

 

i want user register membership webiste. want workflow start , when administrator of assigned workflow completes task, , email sent client payment link start accessing website.

 

1. client signs on form

2. client gets thank page , thank email

3. workflow - admin  verifies , approves client's account.

4. workflow - sends email client payment link non-secure store link.

5. client pays either reoccuring subscription, or 1 time payment subscription.

6. after client's funds verified, workflow resumes,

7. client able log respective secure zone (based on monthly or yearly). vendor_workflow.png

any advice?

 

right sending 2 email notifications , want 1 start with. workflow doesn't seem email client after have check email client in workflow task.

1. client signs on form <<< add standard form, capture username , password, don't add customer secure zone

2. client gets thank page , thank email <<<< ok. out of box behaviour. admin workflow notification here.

3. workflow - admin  verifies , approves client's account. <<<< ok

4. workflow - sends email client payment link non-secure store link. <<<< admin have send somehow.either adding customer list tied loyalty campaign or creating order , triggering invoice, or emaling manually, or using 3rd party workflow framework.

5. client pays either reoccuring subscription, or 1 time payment subscription. <<<< sure. you'll need 2 forms this. ongoing membership form , standard form.

6. after client's funds verified, workflow resumes, <<<< ok. not sure else does...

7. client able log respective secure zone (based on monthly or yearly). <<<< ok. after step 5 client able so.
