i'm using acrobat pdfmaker 5.0 excel convert invoices pdf files send clients unknown reason has stopped working. starts conversion process ok freezes , hangs. can continue using pc cpu usage shows 100%. end either having cancel conversion or close programme using task manager.
i'm afraid i'm not computer savvy, need find solution problem asap.
please can me?

make sure you've updated acrobat 5 5.0.5: http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpid=1309
you may want confirm whether or not document specific. new excel file few letters typed cell a1 convert fine? if so, may want uncheck 'enable text , reflow in tagged pdf' option within pdfmaker preferences. may have skewed verbiage haven't looked @ acrobat 5 in long time, recall option causing word , excel conversions hang.
