Thread: Safe to uninstall?

so after running error, had reinstall 11.04 , installed bunch of applications, of think better bundled install...

have "image viewer" installed in ubuntu, since downloaded image viewer, safe uninstall? got warning said: "if uninstall image viewer, future updates not include new items in ubuntu desktop set. sure want continue?"

i'm confused warning telling me...

i believe warning saying new updates apps come ubuntu not installed. don't recommend uninstalling it, may need new updates other apps. if want, can hide menu. system>preferences>main menu. , change default image viewer new one. when opening picture, right click on it, , select open with. click on other application, check "remember application", select new app, , open new app.
