Thread: Make an .iso file / Complete reset ubuntu?

hey, have 11.04 installed on laptop, want reset everything, not settings or programs, real fresh start.

long story short: in days, downloaded .iso file make liveusb of 10.04, still have on pc. i'd more recent version,
internet slow download new iso file, or upgrade via 10.10. wondering, is there way "extract" iso file of current install (natty)?

or of course if can reset ubuntu or run complete reinstall inside out, great, too!
