Using content holders in the <head> section

i'm experimenting using content holder in head section of templates (for scripts , stylesheets) - uploaded via dreamweaver ftp. bc seems not them, either adding code or moving them <body>.

is there way reliably use content holders in <head> section or wasting time , shoud place tags in there manually?

basically no

do'nt.

i know nice idea, nah, no.

other issues include class dropdown in editors not working because cant find stylesheet due how content holders render.

when liquid comes out have includes , sweet

in terms of tips - javascript calls should kept out head perfomance anyway, these should before body end tag, css should not littered multiple stylesheets as possible anyway. can keep things down bare few in headers anyway.
