i wondering why after user account deleted, person can not re-register using same email? or that's "error" getting...

is there way around this? re-accept user after account deleted , user trying re-register using same email used deleted account?

my guess that, while user may not show in user manager, user's info still floating in mysql database. when try re-register, joomla looks , sees email floating in database, , prevents them using same address.

while unsure how fix issue, without going database myphpadmin remove information, i'd suggest moving away deleting users outright, , move towards disabling accounts. way, if need account back, can turn username on 1 click.
