Thread: vim issue with ubuntu 10.10

hi,
few days installed ubuntu 10.10 on system. worked on ubuntu 10.04 , used vim too, fine. formatted , upgraded 10.10, when use vim find of commands missing example :as command used open corresponding .c , .h files. on 10.04 worked fine, in 10.10 giving error "e492: not editor command: as". how fix issue? missing packages need install?

hi, sounds had this script installed in old installation. you'll need install yourself, doesn't come out-of-the-box vim far know.
