i have 2 networks, 1 internet dhcp , other lan static ip.
ubuntu 10.04 created 2 network connections automatically "wired connection 1" set dhcp , "wired connection 2" configured static ip.
problem when start computer times "wired connection 2" assign both network or "wired connection 1" gets assigns both network. times wired connection 2 goes missing.
remember couple of years use tp edit "/etc/network/interfaces" set network. presently "/etc/network/interfaces" have following lines
