New Chromatic Aberration tools kills old settings.

i've found new chromatic aberration tools kills settings old chromatic aberration tools.

lets have pv2010 photo adjusted sliders chromatic aberration reduction , selected defringe "all edges".

now i'm importing photo lr 4.1.

note: i'm not updating process version!

photo automatically updated lightroom new ca controls (note still pv2010 photo).

well, must the results superb - same achieving manual sliders, 1 click.

but problem - lightroom says metadata have been changed, , writing changes xmp.

but xmp contains settings new ca tools, settings old ca tools lost.

so if want open image in acr 6.6, or send older lr version end resetted ca settings, because acr 6.6 not have new ca tools, , settings old tools killed lr 4.1 - removed xmp.

so loosing ca removal settings when opening image in earlier version of application.

and not updating process version!

any comments on this?

i don't know what's happened, there answer new tools available in pv2012, , it's somehow gone...

this how things supposed be, not @ least me.

i post screen shot later show lr settings 1 file.

i have upgraded lr3 catalog lr4 lots of pv2003 , pv2010 raw files in it.

and files still in previous state (that's fine) except file older pv can access new ca tools in color tab under lens correction , settings old tools lost.

i upgrading lr3.6 directly lr4.1 if matters.

i have lr3 catalog backup , backup of xmp previous settings, can try upgrade 1 more time, don't think change anything.
