Adobe Flash Player update not working

since loading flash player update adobe flash player 11.3.300.262 youtube links , other videos sites won't play. removed update , did play. reinsdtalled  again , wouldn't play. browser foxfire 6.0.1

did see following tech note? has detailed information flash player 11.3 issues on mozilla firefox?
