hi,
downloaded iso image of latest kubuntu 11.04, made startup usb stick through ubuntu 10.04 , tried on laptop after changing boot sequence in setup.
laptop gave 'boot error' message , stuck. after pressing key, went other boot devices , started grub.
on pc, same usb stick worked fine! try kubuntu well.
'boot error' thing? , how remove it?
my usb key ubuntu ignored on 1 computer , works nicely on another. perhaps hardware (usbkey) not compatible computer try boot from?!
