Fixed background image size - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i kinda need right now.
i created template using artisteer couldn't figure out how make background image static
what mean right now, when zoomed out page, background image shrinks (my website http://healthwatchfoods.com.au/healthwatchfoods/)
what need http://www.irishcyclingshow.com/ background image size stay when page zoomed out/in
