Does the Close Tooltip Feature Work?

i created tooltip (as test).

 

opened fly-out menu , selected on click, selected close button under parts.

 

now, expected happen tooltip open when trigger clicked , close button hide tool tip.

 

instead, close button showed immediately, before target clicked, , clicking close button did not close tooltip.

 

so, wonder if feature not working, or if don't understand how works. not find answer in muse help.

i partly see...the close button seems work when in lightbox mode. bug? still not getting something?
