How to limit a user's access to the backend? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i want provide backend access user allow them tweak template.

what tried doing creating new group, giving group admin login , access admin interface.

then went template manager , gave group configure, , access admin interface.

the problem when user logs end see nothing can configure.

i expecting somewhere template manager available.

what doing wrong, or not possible?
