Class JModelLegacy not found - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi all,

i have joomla 2.5.4 running version.
created site sub-pages... nothing special.

but, when want add banner website (commercials) http-500 page.
when looking logging see following:

php fatal error: class 'jmodellegacy' not found in /var/www/website/modules/mod_banners/helper.php on line 15

i've searched , found topics regarding upgrade joomla 1.5 thats not case in situation.. installed joomla version 2.5.2 believe.

any ideas?
i perhaps copy+paste class if can find somewhere.. dont think reliable solution

joomla 2.5.4 outdated.
please upgrade latest joomla version in 2.5 series (which joomla 2.5.6: http://www.joomla.org/download.html ).
possible bugs might have been solved in meantime,
and it's waste of time trying solve issues caused because of non-updated software...
