Forms - make text uneditable (invoices)

i adobe indesign cs5.5 create interactive forms such invoices , receipts. how ever, moved mac computer cannot make pdf document locks in data customer cannot modify.

 

i used fill in invoice 'print pdf' on win pc - cannot figure out how this.

 

do need install generic printer can 'print pdf'?

 

i use adobe acrobat:

 

architecture: i386

build: 10.1.3.23

even if print pdf, better flatten form. process converts form field appearances regular page contents, removing interactive fields in process. can done pdf optimizer or preflight, or following javascript-based utility: http://www.uvsar.com/projects/acrobat/flattener/
