after opening raw file in acr cs6, win 7, outline constrained 3:2 box. when drag down, it's vartical 3:2 box. try clicking on crop icon @ top, there's no response. there's no drop down menu when click icon. otherwise, acr works fine, using 2012 methods. setting 2010 algorithm doesn't help.
what's wrong? how can reset it?
