hi,
i have upgraded lightroom 4 version 3. had bunch of mov files imported fine in lr3 wont playback in lr4, , if remove them library , try re-import them, fail import. ones in library throw error if try play them:
"there error working video". briefly saw "next frame" error.
the videos canon hf11 camera. mts files (h.264 codec ac3 sound), rewrapped them mov files (same codec streams in mov container) using piece of software called "clipwrap" import in lr3 ok. play fine in finder preview , quicktime.
any help/advice welcome.
what happens when try import original files (.mts)?
