Ram Preview Flicker Glitch

hi there!

 

whenever ram preview after adjusting keyframe, ram preview doesn't update changes. when plays back, glitches it's jumping between old , new frames.

 

now i'm working guy uses animation presets within after effects, error pops more in these effects.

 

not sure if error called, slowing workflow , making impossible work.

 

i subscribed creative cloud , downloaded cs6 on newly upgraded machine.

 

the version of after effects have installed is: 11.0.1.12 (all current updates installed)

 

here specs of macpro:

 

processor 2.93 ghz quad-core intel xeon

memory: 16 gb 1066 mhz ddr3

graphics card: ati radeon hd 5770 1024 mb

os: mac os x lion 10.7.4

 

i first tried turn off multi-processing see if fix problem (prior have been purging ram, works, after making new adjustment same error happen again.)

one red flag noticed gpu information. missing drivers video card? or old cs6 doesn't support card? causing issue?

any appreciated. have deadline reach tomorrow night. eh heh...

try flushing cache , purging image caches menus , preferences panel. i'm not sure animation supposed like, me looks kind of displacement or particle technique on origin text , animated scale , opacity of arrow. looks fine me. plays smoothly. i'm not sure i'm supposed looking for.
