i have ubuntu loaded onto vista , use vista, using ubuntu programming.
tried boot unbuntu , wouldn't boot booted vista instead, uninstalled , installed ubuntu again. can retrieve files had before? thanks.
if files need on ubuntu partition, no. reinstalling wipes everything. better keep important files on external drive.
