Thread: Eclipse cdt

hello,
can't find c++ assistant create c++ projects (file>new>other...), although used create in last months. when open c/c++ file in project view, opens gedit , can't find c++ editor inside eclipse (using "open with" option).

uninstalled it
sudo apt-get remove eclipse-cdt

, reinstalled this
sudo apt-get install eclipse-cdt

- tried install stuffs http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/galileo
- in windows>preferences don't have c++ part.


eclipse version : version: 3.5.2
ubuntu 10.10

don't know do, have never had problem cdt

im still having problem! tried reinstall several time still doesnt show on eclipse , cannot c on machine. can please ? kind of important me :s
