How to create custom dictionaries in Adobe Reader

i trying create custom dictionary , use in adobe reader.

i found information in blog custom dictionary created , stored in following location "c:\users\pin\appdata\roaming\adobe\linguistics\dictionaries\adobe custom dictionary\all\added.clam" and called added.clam.

i not sure if there way edit clam file or create new 1 scratch.

when downloading dictionary pack multiple languages, 1 file or can 1 take 1 of them , modify set of one’s own word , in-house acronyms can distributed our in-house users.
