Weird issue... hits increasing TWICE for articles - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi

i've been having weird issue time in joomla 1.5 site.

i don't think happening since beginning, pretty sure wasn't. might moment upgraded latest version of 1.5... i'm not sure.

basically problem is: everytime article opened, hits count in administrator panel increased twice. that's right. goes this: first view = 2 hits. second view = bumps 4 hits. third view = goes 6 hits. increases 2 times each time page reloaded instead of once, every article regardless.

this tried:

- switch joomla default template see if template issue (since have several ovverrides)

- disable plugins

- disable modules show in article view

none of above changed thing, defaulted, no plugins active , rhuk milkhaway template, hits still increase 2x everytime page loaded... don't know might causing this.

is there else can try?
