PSE 10 Organiser as files manager

i'm new pse (10) , photograpy @ general,

however, after having tried different softwares decided stay , buy pse 10.

now question:

organiser fantastic job image files,

is possible use file (not images)

powerful files manager?

if not, adobe have product needs powerful organiser is?
