Working in Joomla and trying to use {loadmodule} - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi there,

i quite newbie on joomla, i've started no less month ago loving fact far better other cms platforms wordpress...

from week know, working in developing website mimic search engine website, , of content populate website graphics (pie charts, flow charts , more graphic data representation).

to start have downloaded joomla extension know "plotalot" pretty heavy load convert the numeric data graphical based information , display on website... problem that, instructed extension manufacturer display graphics on pages, have import using syntax follow;

code: select all

{module [id]}

or

code: select all

{loadmodule id=""}

none of 2 approaches seems work, have tried variations of code , copy , past in article, see whether work, doesn't call out modules @ all.

it there can me out solve problem ??
have face same problem before ?


obs:

by way using joomla 2.5, mysql 5.4.4,
apache/2.4.2 (unix) openssl/1.0.1c php/5.4.4

i'm joomla! newbie might try {loadposition position_name} edit module position position_name.

you need ensure position_name unique across templates, believe. don't know if approach it's worth giving try.

you might check ensure content - load modules plug-in enabled. it's enabled default have been disabled.
