SEF's with ID#'s ? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i @ tail end of creating community website (graphics not done) , wondering why id numbers of directories appearing in url window.

example category
http://welovenelson.com/shopping-services

and when click on first directory of "accountants/bookkeeping" (sub menu link on left sidebar)

the id# appears in url

any advice appreciated.

i think component using directory listings.

developer of component, using id# can have 2 categories in same name.
