redirect test site domain to live site domain

when create test site bc creates domain around site - eg doodlefish.clientsitename.com.au. i've realised google referencing these test sites.

 

is there way can set test site not referenced google?

and

does know how set site wide redirection test site url live site url (preferably without having reference every page)

this possible after recent release - can redirect system url default domain. this, navigate admin > manage domains, click edit icon next system url , pop-up appear can enable redirect.
