Language converted for modules and articles? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

could confirm language options both modules , articles translated user, or off completely.

im relatively new , not sure how go creating site different languages. have seen sites wherej of page translated , rest in english (v.poor) love able promote whole site internationally 100+ pages (sports). need extensions , if useful such project.

this created whole site using images in photoshop contained text site!
