i have client has 50 stores, , wants user select store, form comes , user fills in, form needs goto 1) fax 2) 2 email address , 3) xml file via ftp server.....anyone done before in bc

the number 1 can 1 of fax machines receive emails , send faxes, 2 done workflow (you can setup web form trigger workflow , send number of emails different users on site) , 3 you'd need design application listens bc's notifications, receives notification, retrieves form submission (case details), packages xml file , ftps across.
