if set 2 different accounts on system, can interact 1 through common program firefox?

instance, have 1 account called "bob" , called "gary".

if log "bob" of on-line banking , such, can cause security problems if log "gary" , infect firefox trojan or kind of nasty adware?

in other words, separate accounts on ubuntu separate?

not sure mean interact, both accounts have access firefox.

since malware linux rare non-existent, it's not of concern begin with. use common sense while using computer.

they separate accounts in same respect on windows or mac computer. if 1 user hoses machine, it's hosed other user too. that's not big concern other os's.
