laptop not connecting due dns error, do? had unplug modem, , router, , replug them in, laptop cannot connect internet. desktop connects fine, laptop, , other wireless devices i.e laptop , psp. called isp, , said if desktop works not problem more .

change dns use google or opendns.

8.8.4.4

opendns:
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

let me know if need getting these inputted connection settings.
