i'm helping 1 of our customers problems she's having downloading ebook. our suppliers have suggested "delete bookdata in adobe/restore folder.". don't know means, , haven't been able find on forums. can help?
the suggesting delete restore directory under digital editions folder:
(mac) ~/documents/digital editions/tasks/restore
(win) user dir/my documents/my digitial editions/tasks/restore
