Gradient Editor doesn't load Gradient in Photoshop CS6

hi,

 

i've been experiencing problems the gradient editor since got ps , problem whenever create gradient through gradient editor , load it, load , instead duplicates ones exist.

 

i save gradients at:

 

c:\users\rh\appdata\roaming\adobe\adobe photoshop cs6\presets\gradients

 

however (mostly) work when import pre-made (from web) gradients.

 

i don't know why happens did same thing when had cs5.5!

 

so tell me issue might be?

how saving gradients?

 

using preset manager works quite saving gradients.
