hi ive startet using joomla , ive been thrown maneging exsisting site

got few problem
1 when try upload pictures dowload bar in browser no matter press cant upload pictue page doing wrong?

2 ive deletet few pictures in site , there couble of boxes red x in when @ site online.. how can remove those

3 when search page on google instead of site name jut says start should change site name...

4 above menu tabs there grafik want remove in admin can that..


do ask if im not specifik enough , hope can me
