How do I remove or hide Weblink ID numbers? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have seo turned on in global configuration getting odd in urls. in particular weblink urls contain id number. how remove or turn off in joomla 2.5.6. have searched forums , found called hp router not appear work joomla 2.5, suggestions?
