in flash player 11.3 added new, low latency audio support allow flash developers improve application , game audio performance. appears under configurations can cause issues did not encounter during our internal testing or in 2 month public beta program 11.3.

no audio in of speakers in surround sound system on vista or windows 7

for users on windows vista or windows 7 receive no sound @ all, please update flash player 11.3.300.265. if build not fix problem, please try following, temporary, steps.
- press windows key + r.
- type control mmsys.cpl , press enter.
- click on active sound device in playback tab. (should 5.1 card)
- click on properties button.
- in resulting dialog, go advanced tab.
- in default format section, select 16bit 44100 hz (cd quality).
- click on apply , ok.
- go ie/firefox , play flash movie.
- let know result is.
- also, play around default format combo box in speaker properties , let know works , doesn’t.
no audio or distorted audio on windows xp
for users on xp encountering no sound, please update flash player 11.3.300.265
i followed steps provided during our email conversations. swfs play fine flash player (audio , everything), flvs rife problems i'd sent in bug report earlier.
