Is it possible to combine Reader Extensions, Open Password and Expiration Policy?

greetings,

i have need create dynamic forms extended allow form fill-in in reader.

these forms need expire 14 days creation.

i need secure form intended user can open password.

once created, user may not on-line again 14 day lease period.

 

i able password protect documents, unlock them , extend them.

the problem having trying apply expiration policy form.

 

can assist me in order of application can create desired form?
