Handling File in Configuration Folder

hi,

 

i posted possibly corrupt file cant access anymore. have technically "backups" exports, not actual copy , paste files can change.

 

i found out through research can access weirdly named file titled tmp019238blahblahblah. opened it, , stuff there. didnt want mess since seems last chance @ getting lot of work back.

 

how should go handling this? samething pops in original file "unable load scene, document might damaged" saved anyway. tried copy , pasting few frames tmp file new document, adobe crashes when open it.

 

how can save tmp file regular file , change/export new work had lost in original?
