ls8 9kn,
you encouraged learn html5 , css3. go ahead jump in water, water fine.
as know, html , css evloves. html5 , css3 has arrived. more simpler , more pleasant experience in terms of "one" web platform regardless (one means 1 website) , website can viewed seamlessly (almost effortlessly)... unless if know html , css inside out. getting both of hands dirty under hood of html5 , css3, can done. takes lot of practice, practice , practice. , lots of patience. perhaps lots of coffee.
have , research on topic "responsive web design" on google.
also media queries on google , on adobe website @ dreamweaver developer center , other links referred google search queries.
like said, go ahead dive in , water fine.
