mac creative cloud client and application manager hang up

i have tried several times download lightroom using creative cloud account , each time, computer attempts open creative cloud client and/or application manager program proceeded attempt open, no avail. 

i have same problem in windows.

application manager starts download says  download corrupt try again later.

trying latter doesn't help.

 

i cant download trial version of lightroom direct adobe try , install without application manager.  trial download link doesn't work.
