Folio Builder keeps telling me I do not have a compatible Plugin

hi,

 

this happens every often.

 

i have computer indesign cs5.

 

i have installed inthe updates folio builder , folio producer when open folio builder, window opens , says not have compatible digital publishing plug-in.

 

indesign cs5 installed on d drive, install 2 files default c drive, issue?

 

using windows xp sp3

these things need installed in default location. can’t put them anywhere.
