What's Going On Here???

hi, throughly perplexed. designing site looks perfect in design mode of muse. when view 1 page in preview (i select preview toolbar) graphic boxes separate , text moves letters  hidden. same thing happens, bot differently when use file- preview page in browser or preview site in browser. help. have attacehed screen shots. try , build page on agin there other pages come after 1 , haven't been able drag , place new page in same place.  oh , happens on 1 page. thanks.
