can guide me document or explain here how can create ubuntu 10.04 base system newer, updated kernel?

background: need run ubuntu 10.04 lts on new mac mini requires kernel version first used in 10.10.

you need ad kernel ppa in terminal type;
" sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kernel-ppa/ppa " without quotes, enter password , enter.......
of course backup first in case things break.......update .. restart ,then install remastersys , must have ubiquity , ubiquity-frontend-gtk installed , remaster , burn .iso dvd .........
