Flash player error

i keep getting message "flash player has encountered problem

and needs close."  use google chrome on windows xp.  there anything

i can do?

what happening when occurs?  can give steps taking can try , reproduce problem?  in addition, type "about:flash" in browser's address bar , copy/paste results in reply?
