Embedding video with Acrobat 9 Pro Extended

i trying embed video .mp4 file using acrobat 9 pro exteded , keep getting following error message:

 

"video conversion requires quicktime 7.0 or later apple. please install latest version of quicktime available"

 

i have updated quicktime latest version , still keep getting message.

 

does know of solution this?

if media file in mp4/h264 format should embeddable is. alternatively convert compatible flv format outside acrobat. 1 popular tool ffmpeg or use online service (zamzar, mediaconvert).
