Download fail

i having hard time downloading acrobat x pro. have mac , had purchased acrobat sometime back. have been wanting updat , tells me have error 1572. uninstall program , try redownload it. both of download programs, fail , cannot download.

please help.

are not able download acrobat x pro or update?

which version of mac os have installed?
