hello creating online writers community , , have specific requirements , dont know plugins should use , website should have , community ( have installed jomsocial ) want users can have option submit articles different categories create without logging administration panel. 
and there 1 little problem left , in home page , dont want show featured articles , want show website rules + login , registration form + today's top writing can please me ?thank , appreciate

you can place whatever want on home page. called "featured"
article. added acl options allow specify access each writer has, so
you can let people write in "sports" or whatever categories create.
look @ menu option of listing articles category , blog style. that
would let have several menu items go various categories , only
list articles in category. when add "submit article", registerd
user have whatever limits set them.
i suggest create ghost writer (yourself) , create few articles , you'll
start see how comes together.
