upgrade problems from Master Collection CS5 to 6

i have bought upgrade frommaster collection 5 6 , 6 serial no works instructions current software not qualifying. have tried enter original serial no's of there 3 boxed collection, not download , won't accept? suggestions?

you want make sure , first enter master collection cs6 serial number followed master collection cs6 serial number.  can locate serial numbers, if registered, following directions listed in http://forums.adobe.com/message/3987968#3987968.

 

if still have problems may want try removing installed adobe products.  possible may have permission issue adobe pcd , caps folder lead serial number not being accepted.
